PAYMENT: Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable to other dates or vehicles. Any balance of payment due can either be settled by credit/debit card over the telephone any time during office hours on our bookings admin line 0845 260 2061 (charged at local rate) up to 10 days prior to the date of travel, and this payment will incur a 2.5% card processing fee or cash can be paid to the chauffeur on the day of travel at the point of the first pick up.
CANCELLATION: All cancellations should be made in writting at least 1 month prior to the journey date. Cancellations made after this point will be subject to a 50% charge if notified up to 2 weeks prior to travel and 100% if cancelled within 2 weeks of the travel date. You hereby authorise payment for cancellations to be debited from the credit/debit card used initially to secure the booking.
PASSENGER BEHAVIOUR: Please note that the client named in the booking confirmation takes ultimate responsibility for all passengers, and for any charges following damage or soiling for the vehicle. We charge a minimum 75 for any damage or soiling of the vehicle and this amount will be debited from the credit/debit card used for the deposit payment. Any glasswear which is broken or stolen is the responsibility of the Hirer and must be paid for immediately in cash at 5 per Glass or 15 per decanter.
PERIOD OF HIRE/ADDITIONAL DROP OFFS: The agreed hire rate includes the pick ups and drop offs and waiting periods as detailed above. Unless pre-booked all return trips include a single drop address. Additional hire is at the discretion of the chauffeur and can only take place if punctual arrival to subsequent bookings is not compomised. Addtional waiting time is charged at 1 per minute and is paid in cash to the chauffeur before the final drop off point.
AIRPORT TRANSFERS: A waiting fee of 15 per hour of part hour will be charged for any delay where flight delay information has only been reported after the chauffeur has set on his journey to the airport. For flight delays in excess of 24 hours there will be a minimum delay charge of 100, this payment would be due at the airport collection point and during office hours only can be processed via credit/debit card. Cars will only wait at the airport if subsequent bookings are not compromised. Should we require to move the car from the airport to complete other bookings we will make every effort to return the car to the airport as soon as is possible but some delays may occur and charges may apply. If you experience a flight delay please call our office as soon as you are aware of your new flight arrival time.
AMENDMENTS: Any requests to modify the above arrangements should be made to us at least 7 days prior to the date of travel and we will endeavour to accommodate changes to your requirements. All bookings will be allowed 1 amendment and further changes will be subject to a 10 amendment fee. Please call our bookings admin number on 0845 260 2061 (charged at local rate).
LOST PROPERTY: Please be advised we cannot be held liable for any items left behind. In cases whereby we do find items we strickly charge a 10 minimum handling fee for return postage.
